Search Fund Capital seeks companies that fit the following criteria:

• Stable, fragmented industry with growth
• Low customer concentration
• EBITDA of $2MM or more and equal to 15%+ of revenues
• At least 3 years of profitable operating history
• Solid management team
• Recurring revenues or stable repeat business
• Revenues between $10MM and $50MM
• Healthy company culture
